Ms. Ward has recovered millions of dollars for her clients.  She has had great success in settling cases without the need to go to Court.  However, those cases that do need to go to Court are aggressively pursued.  Ms. Ward has been litigating medical malpractice cases for 15 years.  She knows her way around the courtroom and is meticulously prepared when going to trial.

Ms. Ward has been working in the medical malpractice field since 1990.  She began as a paralegal, and thereafter a claims/risk management consultant while pursuing her Master’s Degree in the evening.  Following graduation from law school, she worked for 11 years defending doctors and hospitals.  Those years of defense work have provided Ms. Ward with a keen understanding of how defense attorneys work up cases, what their likely strategies are, and she is armed with the theories and knowledge of the defense experts.

Ms.Ward has found her true calling representing victims of medical malpractice as well as nursing home negligence, abuse, and neglect.

The clients of the law office of Roxanne Ward know that Ms. Ward dedicates the time to truly get to know her clients.  Each case is thoroughly investigated, including an in person free initial consultation, a complete review of the medical records, medical literature, and working in conjunction with specially trained expert witnesses.  Clients are regularly updated on the status of their respective cases.  Ms. Ward is always available to her clients to answer any questions or to address any concerns.
